During a typical visit our technician will:
- Inspect the crawlspace and/or attic to check for any rodent or pest activity.
- Inspect the exterior of the home checking for any possible issues such as rodent entry points, wasps nest, spiders’ webs.
- Seal up any new rodent entry points.
- Check and re-bait rodent traps.
- Look for conditions that are conducive to pests.
- Remove spiderwebs from the exterior of the home.
- Treat the exterior to create a protective barrier to prevent pests from entering the home or structure.
- Clean and inspect exterior bait stations and reset with fresh bait.
